My biggest passion in life has always been making people laugh and spreading joy. After moving to the US from Brazil at age ten, I relied heavily on television to master the English language and it's where my love of acting first grew.
 

I have such a connection to comedy and as I've grown older, I've learned the incredible strength comedy has to change people, to make them think and to pave the way for important conversations. I am especially drawn to projects that use comedy to unpack important issues like women's issues, latine issues, racial inequality, injustice and other general American bullshit.

But I'll also never turn down an opportunity for using comedy to just make people forget about that bullshit for a couple of hours.
